Zardozi Australia’s Board of Directors oversees Zardozi’s strategic planning and governance in Australia. They are a group of professionals who are dedicated to empowering Afghan women and are deeply committed to the Zardozi mission. The Board works closely with the Zardozi Afghanistan Board to maximise cooperation and the impact of our funding
Celia Pollard

Celia is the Chair of Zardozi Australia and a director of Zardozi Afghanistan. Celia runs her own management consultancy firm, Inclusio, specialising in organisational performance and development through inclusion and diversity.
Kerry Jane Wilson

Kerry Jane founded Zardozi – Markets for Afghan Artisans in 2005, and was the Zardozi Executive Director for 11 years. She is now a Zardozi Board member; living in Perth, Western Australia and continuing to work with Zardozi as strategy and programme issues adviser.
Mary Larkin

Mary is Chair of Zardozi Afghanistan and Deputy Chair of Zardozi Australia. She has twenty years’ experience in international development, leading non-governmental organisations in Timor-Leste and Afghanistan and coordinating humanitarian health response efforts in South Sudan, Ethiopia and Iraq.
Margaret Sexton

Margaret is a Director of Zardozi Australia. She has extensive board experience in the not for profit sector including the union movement and 15 years as Presiding Officer of boards in the construction industry and mining safety sector, wherein she received regular professional development from the Institute of Company Directors.
